Personal license
A Personal license unlocks paid features for the licensed device seats shown at purchase.
- The current Personal plan is for 2 devices.
- The license includes one year of app updates.
- You can keep using covered versions after the update window ends.
- Renew the license to install versions released after the update window.
- License validation may require internet access from time to time.
Keep your license key and purchase email. You may need them for activation, deactivation, or support.

Updates
Kindow checks whether an update was released during your license update window before installing it.
If an update is outside the window, Kindow blocks the install and asks you to renew. Your installed covered version can continue to run.
Refunds
Kindow offers refunds under the official Refund Policy.
- Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
- Requests after 14 days are not eligible.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 10 business days after the request is received.
- Fraudulent activity or Terms of Service violations are not refundable.
Include proof of purchase when requesting a refund. A short reason is optional but helps improve the product.
