Kindow requests only the access needed to manage windows, validate licenses, and deliver updates.
Accessibility permission
Kindow needs Accessibility permission to inspect and move app windows. This is the core permission for window movement, app movement, and launch placement.

License and update checks
Kindow may use internet access for:
- Trial activation.
- License activation and validation.
- Checking for and downloading updates.
Paid licenses may require periodic revalidation.
Information used
Kindow may process the minimal information needed for purchase, activation, support, and updates, including:
- App version.
- macOS version and device information.
- License activation status.
- Purchase email when you buy or activate a license.

Data sharing
Kindow does not collect personal data for marketing resale. Purchase and license data may be handled by trusted providers only when required for payment or license management.
Revoke access
You can revoke Accessibility permission in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility. Kindow will remain installed, but window management features will be limited.
